APSLEY HOUSE " Field-Marshal Prince Von Blucher". Painted c.1818 by George DAWE (1781-1829). Gebhard Leberecht von Blucher Prince von Wahlstaff (1742-1819), Prussian general and hero of the Battle of Leipzig in 1813. This is the Duke of Wellingtons own portrait of his Prussian ally and co-victor at the Battle of Waterloo. WM 1536-1948

22"x18" Modern Frame
20x16 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
