ADMIRALTY ARCH, THE MALL, CITY OF WESTMINSTER, GREATER LONDON. A view of Admiralty Arch, floodlit and featuring decorations for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, viewed from the Mall at night.
The coronation of Elizabeth II took place on 2nd June 1953. Along the Mall, four Coronation Arches, designed by Eric Bedford, were erected.
