Laing Sports Ground, Rowley Lane, Elstree, Barnet, Greater London. Two men each pushing a woman in a wheelbarrow holding a bucket of water over a wooden bridge, one of the obstacles in the It's a Knockout style competition at the 1987 Family Day at Laing's Sports Ground.
Attractions at that year's Family Day included; hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, a bouncy castle and fairground rides, stalls, an It's a Knockout style competition and tennis and six-a-side football tournaments. Cast members from Eastenders made a guest appearance and entered a side in the football competition. Six teams entered the It's a Knockout style competition, it was won by a team from Laing Design & Construction Services. This photograph appeared in the August 1987 edition of Team Spirit, the Laing company newsletter, reporting on the event
