HIGHGATE CEMETERY, Hampstead, London. View through shrubbery towards the pedestal tomb of Frank Holl in the West Cemetery. Holl was an artist and pioneer of New Realism in the mid 19th century, before finding success with portraiture and eventually dying from overwork. Photographed by John Gay in 1989
