AEROFILMS PLANE. Commercial aerial photography by biplane was pioneered by Aerofilms from 1919. Here seen in air photoghraphic action is a DeHaviland DH50 in Aerofilms livery. This particular aircraft, G-EBFN was built in 1923 and trialled by Sir Alan Cobham who used it to win the 1924 Kings Cup Air Race.The date of this photograph is unknown.
