THE MUSLIM BURIAL GROUND, Horsell Common, Woking, Surrey. Khwaja Kamal-ud-Din, first Imam of Woking Mosque (the Shah Jehan Mosque) stands proudly beside the newly completed chattri (domed pavilion) entrance. The burial ground was built during the First World War to receive burials of Muslim soldiers who had passed away at the Indian Army Hospital in Brighton. Photographed in August-September 1917 by Bedford Lemere and Company
