Mount Vernon Hospital, Rickmansworth Road, Hillingdon, Greater London. Ministry of Health new hutted hospitals. A view of the ends of the new hutted hospital being built at Mount Vernon. When completed there was to be accommodation for over 300 patients, and the unit was one of a ring of such hospitals being built around London.
