BARBICAN, CITY OF LONDON. The completed Barbican development from a high vantage point to the south-east, showing Shakespeare Tower (left) and Cromwell Tower (right) on either side of Frobisher Crescent.
Work began on building Londons Barbican development in 1962. The construction of this complex megastructure was designed to be carried out in six phases, with different contractors working on the site. In 1964 John Laing and Son Ltd won the tender for Phase III. Laing were also responsible for the construction of the Barbican Arts Centre, Phase V, which began in the early 1970s and was completed in 1981

10x8 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexi glass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
