A cropped version of this image was published in the People section of the May 1959 edition of Laings monthly newsletter, Team Spirit.
In 1958, remedial work began on the lock entrance to Portishead Dock for the Port of Bristol Authority. The lock entrance had been damaged by scour and wave action and needed to be removed and renewed, and the existing walls underpinned. At the same time, work was underway on the final third of Portishead B Power Station

Modern Frame 22"x18"
20x16 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
Ready to Hang Contemporary Framed and Mounted Prints. To ensure the paper is held securely the visible picture may be marginally smaller than quoted.
