Alice Shepherd House, Manchester Road, Isle of Dogs, Tower Hamlets, Greater London. A view from an access balcony in a multi-storey block of Sectra flats at Alice Shepherd House, looking towards Londons dockland.
This 10-storey block of Sectra flats was built by Laing for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The contract started in November 1968 and was completed in early 1970 and was referred to by Laing as Satellite 1 due to it being seen as an extension of the contract to build Sectra flats at Lefevre Road. The block was constructed with access balconies, a brick clad lift tower, built in Storiform, and had views over Londons dockland

12"x10" Modern Frame
10x8 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexi glass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
