CORYTON OIL REFINERY, THURROCK, ESSEX. A view of HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and dignitaries at an exhibition stand at Coryton Oil Refinery, taken on the day the refinery was ceremonially opened.
Coryton Oil Refinery was ceremonially opened on Thursday 27th May 1954 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. The Queen Mother sailed from Tower Bridge Pier in the Port of London Authoritys steam launch, St Katharine. After arriving at Coryton and having a tour of the refinery, a commemorative bronze tablet was unveiled in the Cafeteria Building

12"x10" Modern Frame
10x8 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexi glass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
